Its activities include official plans, draft plan approvals, site plans, rezoning, servicing, investing, project developments, and land searches. Sister companies include Precision Management, a business consulting and management firm; LP Crown Construction Ltd., specializing in investment and project developments; LW International imports and exports martial art supplies, and hosts Hall of Fame events, seminars and championships.

I, Werner Leuschner, founder and president, have realized a successful land development career in Europe, and now as a Canadian, I continue to use my expertise to expand in Canada.
